You want an opportunity to grow
You just finished higher education (or still doing it) and want to prove yourself, but all the job postings require 5+ years of work experience. (Sometimes for technologies that themselves are not 5 years old yet... HR at its best.)
I think different.
I'm a firm believer in that everybody deserves to do work that is a match for their skills at the moment; and that teams perform best when there is variety in them. I believe in mixing the more experienced with those who want to learn. The way we do in Kung-Fu schools.
